Return, Exchange, & Cancellation

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
  • Items once sold are completely non-returnable, except for the damaged condition of the delivered product.
  • To place the Return request for a Damaged item, the items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  • Products bought during sale are non-returnable.
  • Ready-to-Wear sarees cannot be exchanged nor returned.
  • The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Avatans Gift Box is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
  • Please note, when using any of the mentioned discount coupon codes; on returning even one product from the order the entire offer will get voided. Only size variant exchange is possible. In case if exchange is not possible, then only store credit will be provided. No refunds shall be given.
  • In case a refund is issued for any cancelled item, the refund payment will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

We request the users to go through the Product Details thoroughly before placing an order. In case, you want to cancel your order, please do so before the Order is shipped. All orders, once shipped, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Return Policy

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@avatans.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
  • Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through https://avatans.com/contact-us/ mentioning your ORDER ID.
  • If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at support@avatans.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.
  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  • If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
  • In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  • We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
  • For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to registered email and contact number. In case of non redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link.

Refund Policy

  • We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
  • Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
  • In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of avatans.com.

Exchange Policy

  • Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through - https://avatans.com/contact-us/. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.
  • Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order * Shipping Address : Avatans , Plot No. 38, Sector 5, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, 201002
  • Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  • No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at returns@avatans.com
  • You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  • In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  • Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  • Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable
  • Gift wrap cannot be refunded.
